Interview
This is a consulting company. They arranged an interview with Microsoft for me. The process of organizing and the series of interviews with Microsoft itself is well built. But after Microsoft is ready to accept you, pressure begins on you to accept this offer as soon as possible. Send a contract and ask to sign within an hour. This is a 15 page document. I have mixed feelings.

Question 1
The interview was with representatives of Microsoft. The interview process is quite simple, not too difficult questions are asked, and in general everything went quite easily. The questions were about knowledge and quite a bit of programming.
Pretty normal. Phone, then technical, then 2 in person phone interviews in Microsoft's campus. Pretty normal and easy process. Not too hard for anyone to do. They got back to me pretty fast all the time.
