Interview process lacks transparency. I was interviewed on 29th July,2017. I reached the venue at sharp 9 am. I cleared the first round around 10 am and was told to sit for the second round. I waited and waited but my turn didn't come. I finally asked the person conducting the interview about my second round. He asked me to sit in front of a room and said that the panel inside has my profile and will call me. I waited again and wasn't called for long. I finally asked the panel whether they had my profile. They said they didn't have it. I went again for asking about my interview. They now said the profile is inside another room with another panel. I again waited there and was called inside at 4 PM. In my interview I answered all correctly and was asked to wait. I was told that I am not selected. So basically these guys knowingly wasted my 6 hours and kept on confusing me till the end. They didn't let me sit in front of the correct room where my profile actually was. The HR was very rude. Whatever was done, it was done deliberately. And they wasted my entire Saturday plus managed to demotivate me. This company lacks transparency during recruitment, I only wonder how there employees must be suffering. It was a very bad experience.
