They will ask you to complete a small project and then have an interview with the entire team about the same project. I worked hard, studying and completing the project through my final exams, and they just said No, without any explanation. It hurts, I wouldn't recommend anyone to complete their assignment properly, because it seems that is not what they are looking for. Get some working code and that should do it.
