I went through an unusually long and exhaustive interview process with Zinrelo — 9 rounds including multiple senior leaders, technical tests, and on-site discussions. The feedback throughout was positive, and timelines for joining were even discussed. However, after weeks of engagement, I was informed that the role was put “on hold” due to internal approvals. No clarity or accountability was provided despite repeated follow-ups.
This reflects very poor candidate experience. If a company is not in a position to hire, it should not take candidates through such an intensive process, wasting time and energy. Transparency and respect for candidates should be a basic expectation, especially from a post-acquisition organization trying to build credibility.
