I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zoom Communications (New York, NY) in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process with Zoom was one of the best experiences I have gone through in my professional career. The recruiter was professional & more importantly, responsive. The scheduling system was simple and included tips for interviewing, what to expect documents as well as links to the interviewers' LinkedIn profiles. Again, very professional as well as detailed. First meeting with with management, then on to two panel meetings (3-6 people per interview) lasting an hour each. Next interview was with the hiring manager. Obviously, all interviews were over Zoom!
Questions were straight forward with respect to the job description. What I found most interesting was that the interviewers were just as interested if you are a good fit into the Zoom culture as you were qualified for the actual job.
I am giving the "Interview Difficulty" a rating of difficult because of the detail they went into around the specific technology(ies) in the JD but the process itself was straight forward.
Overall great experience.
