7/10/2019 - Final Feedback
It's very disappointing to spend eight interviews of my time, and the feedback that I have got is a very generic standard message. Someone who will reach the final stage must be outstanding.
The feedback never mentioned explicitly, why I wasn't selected whether its lack of communications skills, lack of qualifications, lack of experience, etc.
I have 10+ years of experience in the UC industry, three valid CCIE's in UC, Wireless and Data Center. Very strong Presales, Technical and Post-Sales Experience. I have experience with Polycom, Cisco and Microsoft UC and all that never intercede or paid off to be selected for the position.
It would be highly appreciated to share the real reasons for why I wasn't selected? And what areas of improvement to help me pursue my next position?
