The recruit was great, they approached me on Linkedin for a role, I had a great conversation. I would say the problem was the team lead. Came in an interview late 10m for a 30m interview. Did not have my resume, did not know who I was... After the interview, the team lead tell me some other processes that I never heard about from the recruitment. I had others offer pending from different company and he did not feel right to go to another round and do some exercise. I told them that I choose someone else, they send me back an email saying the hiring manager prefer to go with someone else but wish me luck on my research... You guys approach me... You ask for the candidate to know the company and give a lot of guidelines like do not be late, try to be engaging. I really like it but None of your guidelines was respected by this hiring manager, she did not want to be here and it feel that I was the elephant in the room. Can not work with a manager like that.
