Interview process was very structured, with an initial call with the recruiter to gauge career interests and skillset to determine a good fit. This was followed by a screening with the hiring manager and then proceeded to a "team interview" , 2 sets of 1 hour interviews with 2 members of the team. Both personality and technical questions were asked, and I found the technical questions to be quite interesting.
What stood out to me was this: when I was facing indecision, the recruiter worked quickly to absolve those doubts by scheduling additional time with members of the team to go over any questions or concerns I had. I felt very welcomed and supported throughout the entire process and it was clear that they paid great care to my career goals rather than just looking for talent to fill a role.
