It was a standard interview process though involved more levels of the hierarchy than expected. The first interview was a screener with a recruiter and second was with the hiring manager. The third involved four, 30-minute interviews with a writer and three product managers. I thought that was the final hurdle but then I received a request to interview with a VP. I was surprised they wanted a VP to interview a writing candidate. Every person asked the same questions and I am unsure if they were looking for consistency or if that indicates a lack of communication within the company. The recruiter and scheduler were top-notch. They use a nice third-party tool to schedule interviews, all over Zoom of course.
