The interviews (I went through 3 of them) were all well-structured, full of useful information, and overall comfortable. We review applicable skills and experience, necessary duties of the job, and a lot more. The entire interview process was a bit lengthy, but worthwhile. When I signed my offer letter, I felt confident and comfortable.
