I interviewed at Zoominfo August 2021 based of a referral from an employee. Nicole, the recruiter I worked with was fantastic. Following my conversation with her I had a panel interview with 3 different sales leaders. The first two were typical interviewers and it was really great speaking with them. Typical sales interview questions. The 3rd one was... different. Honestly condescending at times and he called in from the road - driving to the Cape and was consistently cutting out while asking questions. I relayed this several times and he kept going with the interview and continuous hard questions. At one point I told him I think something that stands out about me is I'm not afraid to ask hard questions to clients/internally. He replied "So that's all you do? Sit around and ask questions? Totally get sales is a hard profession and you have to be comfortable with people pushing back.. but the whole thing came off wildly condescending particularly when he was extremely unprofessional and cutting out the majority of the call Wouldn't recommend this org to anyone

Interview
The interview process was smooth. I got a chance to meet quite a few members of the team and had ample opportunity to learn about their experience with the company. I worked with McKenzie Griffin on their recruiting team who was super helpful and communicative throughout. Hands down the best recruiter I've worked with.

Question 1
Throughout the process, I was asked about my sales style, my approach to partnering with customers, and what I see as my biggest strengths.
I had the pleasure of working with McKenzie Griffin during the interview process, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. McKenzie was incredibly proactive in keeping me informed and ensuring I was up to date throughout the entire process. She was always willing to help and made sure next steps were clear. Additionally, her follow-ups were timely and efficient. It was truly refreshing to work with someone so organized and dedicated.
