      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at ZoomInfo in Dec 2022

      Interview

Interviewed for a sales account executive role with my first call with McKenzie Griffin. She was incredibly sincere & transparent about the role and organization. Throughout my interview process, she always replied back to my e-mails/calls quickly & if she didn’t know the answer, she would find out promptly. Great impression by McKenzie to be an initial touchpoint for ZoomInfo.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ZoomInfo in Jun 2023

      Interview

Was given a lengthy, timed math test that also quizzed on patterns and shapes and riddles, etc. Very very odd. No clue how any of this would determine an actual good candidate for the sales role people are applying for. I understand looking for the ability to problem solve, but I can assure you not all of the best sales reps are also mathematicians in timed situations, or shape experts. I should have added both to my resume I suppose. No personal touches here by the company. All automated and quite frankly ridiculous.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Timed math questions and riddles/puzzles/patterns .. questions about shapes, etc. Very odd and doesn't appear to test any skills actually transferrable to the role applied for.

Thanks for leaving your feedback. Completing the Bryq assessment is to your advantage. By using Bryq, you are not only judged by your resume, which is not a good predictor of your job performance and alone can perpetuate inequality. The only way to ensure an objective screening is to use a blind screening process that is based on job-related merit. Bryq is not designed to measure any of your hard skills (if you are a good salesperson, software developer, designer, etc). Instead, we measure your cognitive skills and personality traits because this has been proven to be the best predictor of future job performance.
