I applied online and got a confirmation that my application was received. Then shortly after I was sent another mail that part of the hiring process was to complete a personality test and a problem solving test. And that I was given five days to complete it. Well, I was not in town for that time but on the 5th day I knew I had time to complete it. Anyways, 5th day I receive an email saying "We’re writing to let you know that you have not been successful in going through to the next stage of recruitment. We get a huge number of great applications for every role, so the smallest differences determine which candidates join our team in the end." Hmm a little disappointed there.
