I applied online. I interviewed at Zulkie Partners (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2021
Interview
Probably the most unprofessional employer I have dealt with when it comes to the interview process.
I applied online and received an email in which I was asked to provide my availability for a phone screening.
When I provided my availability, I received a response on whether I was a U.S. citizen or green card holder (despite my four-year work experience in the U.S. and the fact that my resume states I am fully authorized to work in the U.S.). Also, they sent me a back-to-back email asking me about my knowledge about PERM. All of this happened over email, even though I had already provided my availability for a phone call.
My response to their email was sent on a Friday at 2pm. I did not receive a response until the following Monday at noon, only to let me know that the position had been filed.
We apologize that the interview didn't go as planned. We do our best to not waste candidates time and screen accordingly due to the large number of applications and specific requirements of the job. We wish you the best!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zulkie Partners (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2011
Interview
Job posted on Craigslist. Phone screen interview with a recruiter and then 1 hour face to face interview with recruiter. 2 interviews with Hiring Manager as well as personality profile testing. Interviewed with 2 Sr Paralegals and 2 paralegals, too.
