Before interview they offered to complete 20 hours unpaid trial. After i finished and passed trial they invite me to an interview with HR, and after 40 minutes interview they stopped to respond to my emails without any explanations.
This is so unexpirienced order of hiring procedure, they wasted 20 hours of my time just to deny me in 40 minutes HR interview. According to my expirience working in company with unexpirienced managment is total hell. I am still not sure may be it just new fraudful way to get job done for free.

Very poor, they show me a lot of intereset but at the end they didn't give me the technical challenge, even when I insist. Probably they lie about the salary
