First there is a half hour phone call with HR, where they will give you a brief introduction about the company and ask you some general questions about your experience, motivations, knowledge, etc.
Then, if all goes well, you will be invited to a second interview with a person from HR and another from the IT department. In this call they will give you a more in-depth introduction about the company, the culture and the product, and it is a good time for you to ask any questions you may have. After this presentation, you will be given a technical task to solve in one hour together with the IT guy doing pair-programming while sharing your screen. Here they will evaluate how comfortable you feel with development tools and what kind of solution you propose, it is not necessary to finish the task perfectly.
Overall I think it was a fast selection process, very professional, while always maintaining a very close and friendly atmosphere.
