Interview
There was a phone screening, two face to face interviews, and a makeunder interview. The phone screening was general questions to preview before the face to face. The face to face lasted about 30min. We talked about sales techniques, favorite BM products, how comfortable I would be coaching a team. The makeunder interview consisted of bringing in a friend (model) to do their face and go through a mock sale while the interviewer grades you on how well you apply makeup and explain what you are doing.

Back in 2018. Pretty easy, it was a quick interview that requires you going into your work background. Took only a few days for the whole hiring process. Interview questions were as to be expected.
Easy and comfortable. A very friendly environment that makes you comfortable from the first interview. Usually two interviews in store. One with boutique and assistant managers and one with district manager.

Applied online, couple weeks later the store manager called and asked me to come in. We had an in person interview and I was offered a management position I hadn’t applied to and was offered the job week later!
