I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at beautyblender (New York, NY) in Feb 2023
Interview
A recruiting agency found me for the role. I had several interviews, even my final with the founder. I enjoyed the process but never got an answer and saw shortly after that they went through a few layoffs

Q: how would you market a product with so many dupes?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at beautyblender in Jan 2023
Interview
I had a four part interview with a final meeting founder, Rea Ann, over the course of 1x month. I was under the impression based on conversations that an offer would be coming my way, however I was told that the position was on pause due to internal shifts happening. I really enjoyed my conversations with all employees. Everyone was extremely professional throughout. I did take another position while they were in the process of figuring out their internal needs. I am still a fan and grateful for the opportunity - who knows maybe one day we will meet again!

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at beautyblender (New York, NY)
Interview
Overall process took about 3 months. First had one initial quick 15-20 minute call with the hiring manager, then another one with HR for about 30-45 minutes. Then proceeded to have 3 more in-depth interviews with different team members. I was feeling very positive at this point that this was a great sign, but after another few weeks the hiring manager reached out and wanted to schedule me for yet another interview. I provided some available times to meet, and never heard back again. After following up they ghosted me with no response. Not even to say they went with another candidate, very unprofessional!
