Interview
I had a disappointing interview experience overall. On multiple occasions, scheduled interviews did not take place as planned, and I was left waiting on calls without prior notice. This happened more than once and reflected poorly on how the interview process was managed and on the respect shown for candidates’ time.
When interviews did occur, the tone felt very formal and one-sided, more like an interrogation than a collaborative discussion about skills, experience, and mutual fit. I was also asked, on the spot, to work through several case-study scenarios related to active business challenges.
Throughout the process, the salary range was never disclosed. Overall, the experience left me with a negative impression of the company’s culture. One positive aspect was the recruiting process itself, which was handled professionally, with clear communication and timely responses.
