Getting the intern position was relatively easy due to my relevant skills, strong application, and the company's open recruitment process. My enthusiasm and willingness to learn helped me stand out.
This was, by far, the worst interview process I have ever experienced. It dragged on for over 2.5 months, involving four interviews, yet the level of disorganization was shocking. They canceled two interviews at the last minute, and at one point, they even forgot about a scheduled interview entirely.
HR was highly unprofessional, showing little regard for the candidates’ time. There was no clear structure or respect for commitments, making the entire process feel like a complete waste of time. If this is how they handle hiring, I can only imagine what working there would be like.
I would not recommend applying unless you’re prepared for a frustrating and disorganized experience.

What do you know about Dashmote? Describe how it works. What do you think should be improved? What skills can you bring to improve dashmote?
I applied for the BDR position recently and was made to go through an extensive application process asi was asked to write a cover letter and answer 3 other questions in detail, where I spent over an hour because I was more than a good fit and caught the posting within 24 hours and I was rejected by an automated response not even 6 hours Iater with absolutely no feedback/reason.
Please dont put up roles that you are not even hiring for and if you do, please provide a reason for the rejection.
