e-Novia interview questions

The process was made of three interviews (2 fit+1 technical). People there are very outgoing and put more focus on fit than previous experience. During the technical interview I was presented with a case study about on of the Group's portfolio company.

I applied through LinkedIn. HR team contacted me to schedule an interview, ideally on-site. At the interview there were an hr representative and a member of the engineering team. The interview was nice, I have been explained the role in detail and the team's organization. They asked about my knowledge of CAD and simulation tools but no technical questions.
