Interview
I got the internship interview through a friend. After a few Facebook messages with Vaido, I met with him for a lunch/interview in a nearby restaurant (Kolm Tilli). We had lunch and we talked about my previous experiences and about the eAgronom's internship. After that Vaido gave me a tour of the office. I was given then a test assignment, where I had to do some marketing exercises. That was basically it for the interview. Everybody was really friendly and welcoming and it was a pleasure to be there.

Interview
I arrived to eAgronom's Tartu office after exchanging a few emails with Kristel. Kristel and Ella (and Maurus) had a chat with me about my previous experience, why I applied to eA and what I knew about the company and also about my relationship with farming and agriculture. I did a small test assignment to show how I use Excel and then we probably talked a little bit more. The process was very welcoming and friendly and we had a few laughs. I got a tour of the office and left with a strong wish to come back as an employee.
