I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at eCreek IT Solutions (Denver, CO) in Apr 2011
Interview
I came across this company from a previous associate recommending this company as a possible employer for a temporary position in telemarketing sales. Initially the company appears to be rather informal and after meeting with the staff there it turns out to be fairly unprofessional and somewhat misleading and deceitful. The job itself does not entail any specific qualifications nor is the starting pay anything above average for this industry. I was never told by the recruiter that I would spend nearly four hours of my life sitting through an endless personality profiling interview. This so called process has nothing to do with skills, morals, experience nothing that most employers seek , instead constant rephrasing of questions about one's personality were brought up for 2 1/2 hours! Ridiculous huge waste of time for anyone that values their time and seeking a real job. The initial setting involved about 25 applicants stuffed into a small back office, very disorganized. It may have been more beneficial for the company to just pick names out of a hat since those that were selected to start a training class had no more knowledge or experience as some of the prospects that were sifted out, for personality traits that may have clashed with the so called panel of deliberates. To conclude this company is very deceitful in it's recruiting as nothing was ever made clear and the simple randomness with no rhyme or reason was ludicrous. I would not recommend wasting time if you are a serious individual with anything more than 1 year experience or a GED because that did not matter either in the selection process. -
