I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at eLink Design (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in Dec 2015
Interview
Quick chat about work experience and software development history. We then ran through a series of PHP-related trivia questions (basically measuring how familiar you are with the idiosyncrasies of PHP) followed by some AJAX/JS trivia. Nothing algorithmic or thought process related, mostly just measuring familiarity with particular concepts.
Afterwards they asked for a salary number and went to discuss, and then told me my (very modest) ask was too high and I wasn't experienced enough. I didn't get the impression from the CEO that he was particularly knowledgeable about modern web development, although the individual developers I interviewed with seemed better.
