The interviewer wasn’t very welcoming and made inappropriate facial expressions throughout the interview. Also, she was very condescending. Let’s just say, I wasn’t impressed. There was a test at the end of the interview that was quite difficult. I interviewed for an entry-level position.

Back ground check, drug test and finger prints. Process can take some time. Once you’re able to speak with a hiring manager, it is imperative that you advise your finance background and also customer service.

Two supervisors in the interview. No hard questions, very open and honest. I only had one interview and it was via video meeting. Very relaxed and smooth interview. They made me not so nervous.
