Interview
Three rounds of interviews and artifact creation for two of them. I spent extensive time developing the artifacts. The interview panel was the same two people each time. They asked questions related to my teaching experiences that could support the role.

Interview
My interviews were personable and they asked thoughtful questions and provided helpful feedback and information regarding the role.
I found the interviews felt more like natural conversations that allow me multiple opportunities to expound on my experiences, qualifications, and values.
I love that the hiring team was very transparent about the interview process. I felt well prepared for the types of conversation we would have and what competencies they were evaluating.
You can expect the following:
-Performance Task (Screening Activity Challenge)
-Screening Interview (15 min. Phone Call)
-Performance Task/Presentation + Interview
-Topgrading Interview(s) (upon invitation)
- Arrange References (if requested)
The interview process is long, which seems to be an industry trend. So you can expect several weeks of interviewing.
