My interviews were personable and they asked thoughtful questions and provided helpful feedback and information regarding the role. I found the interviews felt more like natural conversations that allow me multiple opportunities to expound on my experiences, qualifications, and values. I love that the hiring team was very transparent about the interview process. I felt well prepared for the types of conversation we would have and what competencies they were evaluating. Phone Call) -Performance Task/Presentation + Interview -Topgrading Interview(s) (upon invitation) - Arrange References (if requested) The interview process is long, which seems to be an industry trend. So you can expect several weeks of interviewing.
