I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at francesca's (Houston, TX) in Apr 2021
Interview
It’s definitely a strange interview, aside from the customer/employee roleplay, you will get asked a bunch of irrelevant questions that don’t relate to retail at all. Like “When did you show someone how to do something when you didn’t like the person”, many questions of that kind. I got hired on the spot and I quit on the spot 6 months later… wouldn’t recommend
Very easy. Walked in to drop off resume and heard back quickly. In interview picked out a cute outfit for a mannequin and talked with managers. also helped a customer.
The interview process was two parts. First, they ask you normal behavioral questions, then you move to the next step and they have you style an outfit for a fake client.

Short, quick, and efficient interview process. Mostly spoke of availability, willingness to learn a protocol that asks you to be sociable and to approach customers, and willingness to embrace the tenets of the company.
