Interview
Very quick, seemed pretty rushed. I do believe management has changed so maybe there is a more personal approach now. It was in a mall so it was pretty loud and it was hard to focus on the interview.
Pretty fast, it started with a phone call and then in person interview. After the interview in-person, you are onboarded fast and watch some training videos. After that, you are on the floor and also trained on the register.

Question 1
How much or if I had any experience working retail
One on one interview, asked general questions for retail. I did notice that they are interested in availability more than anything. Had a portion in the end with fake scenarios.
It was an easy process and straightforward. The questions are about what the job entails to see if you would be a good fit. The interview was with the store manager.
