You walk into the boutique and ask for whoever’s doing your interview. You got to the backroom and they ask a bunch of questions about your work ethic and availability. After you go into the sales floor and pick out two outfits for different scenarios.

Interview
One interview and had to create a few looks based on a scenario provided. Interview was behavioral and styling was so much fun. After that the offer was almost immediate. Very easy process and good for entry level roles

Interview
My interview process was pleased but i think that was because I had an amazing manager at the time. She was great and had a fun energy and was very positive and nice.
Very easy and light hearted. The manager was kind and open to answering all my questions about the role. I enjoyed talking with her and meeting the assistant manager. They were both welcoming and friendly.
