I applied for a role with this company and was contacted by a recruiter shortly afterward, which initially felt promising. After responding and providing my availability for a follow‑up conversation, I never received a confirmation or meeting details. I followed up to confirm next steps but received no response. Unfortunately, I was completely ghosted despite multiple professional attempts to reconnect. This lack of communication was disappointing and came across as unprofessional. Clear and timely communication is critical during the recruiting process, and this experience reflected poorly on how candidates are treated.
