graze.com Front End Developer interview questions

I was approached by graze after leaving my portfolio link with them at a job fair. I was given a technical test to complete which resulted in an interview - this process took three months. They didn't add my name to the car park or have anyone at reception, this delayed me but luckily I was early. I was interviewed by one member of staff as the other member was on holiday. I was given a tour of the company which was exciting, the interview was professional and culturally graze are impressive. They're very much a digital-first company which is refreshing. The interview was relaxed, technical and in depth which was promising. I received a call to advise that they were looking for someone more senior. I felt it was a case of not reading my CV properly. They appeared to need someone more senior as they realised they needed someone to hit the ground running opposed to invest in the person. My personal experience was disappointing, only as there was a large upfront investment that I felt was wasted. I felt a video interview in the first touch would have been suffice.
