The level of the interview is avergae enough as long as one must programming knowledge and should know oops concepts !
I like the way they respect us though we didn't know about a particular concept!
All over process is Good..
First round - Aptitude and Technical Test Second round - Technical Interview Third round - HR Interview.
All the three rounds are scheduled on different days.
Result is declared soon.

The first round is a test that includes Aptitude and technical questions on Java and OOP concepts and it is a bot round then a technical interview round and an HR interview round.
