How would you handle conflict between two participants?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at iD Tech Camps (Corvallis, OR) in Feb 2023
Interview
I applied online via Indeed. After 2 days, I received an email asking for an interview. This was for the Pacific Northwest position. I chose a date and then the interview was conducted. There was just 1 round for it.

Question 1
Was offered an interview and had to prepare a short lesson on a topic I would be teaching as an instructor. I chose to make a PPT about Python 101. The interviewer gave details about the position, expected work hour and salary. Some behavorial questions were asked after the PPT: 1. If two students stray out of the group and don't participate in any group activities what would you do ? 2. If there is an uncharacteristically sad student in the class, what do you think might be the reasons for the behavior ?
I applied online. I interviewed at iD Tech Camps (Boston, MA) in Jan 2020
Interview
It was fairly fine. They just asked a bunch of behavioral questions. Like, "what would you do if you notice some kid is bullying another kid?"
Just look through the behavioral questions like those and you'll be fine. Some of them are tricky tho.
