iD Tech Camps Programming Instructor interview questions

Interviewed for the Programming Instructor position at iD Programming Academy. Couple of open ended questions along with the application. Next stage was an interview with a Regional Lead. Questions were almost entirely based on my past experiences that demonstrated a particular skill. No technical questions. Overall, a very pleasant and smooth process.

The hiring and interview process was fairly simple. I applied online and got a response back within a few days asking that they were interested and wanted to interview me over phone. Consisted of phone interview that was composed of behavioral/ scenario questions. The whole process took one to two weeks. They were organized and responded back to me in timely matter.
