I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at iHeartMedia
Interview
Was first contacted for an interview in early October, and received the final decision in late December. They asked standard questions, and I met with several people on the day of my interview. I was asked basic interview questions about my background, and then some out of the box questions such as "What type of person would your friends say you are." All together I had two phone interviews and one in person interview over a 2.5 month period of time. It was difficult to get in contact with them, and I had to send several follow ups when they told me they would contact me within a period of time and did not. I thought everything went well but was suprised to receive a form letter notifying me that they chose another candidate.

Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at iHeartMedia (Burbank, CA) in Jan 2013
Interview
The recruiter was nice, and informative until the day of the interview. At the interview the person hiring made me wait for 1 hour in the lobby and told me that the recruiter misleads the applicants into thinking that pay and position is better than it is. Interviewer also asked questions that they were not allowed to.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interviewer just read from a book of questions that she asks everybody. The hardest question that she asked was "what is your biggest flaw?", but that is expected to be asked in every interview that you go to.
