Interview
They were really thorough about choosing their applicant. First, they will check your resume and will ask you in English. Of course, you are expected to answer their questions in English. They just had to make sure that you can answer quickly and your words are clearly heard.
I like that it was virtual so you didn't have to leave the comfort of your home. Saves on passage which is a plus when your a job seeker with minimal funds

Describe one time where you dealt with an irate customer

Interview
First is, I apply thru email. And after that I received call from one of their agent, we proceed to first initial interview and after if I passed the initial, they will call me again for the second time and asked me if I am able to go for another final interview through on site or through phone call again.

I went to their office and had my initial interview. It took about 2hrs before I got to the final interview. I managed to answer all the question though I got nervous and had a hard time but still got a chance.
