iSeatz Software Developer interview questions

Called by engineering VP, brief phone interview, followed by in-office 3h interview with several developers both 1:1 and in a panel. Interview involved whiteboard programming and verbal questioning. Questions were largely about previous experience but also personality, company fit, and philosophy. The offer was extended over the phone a day later.
