Long interview process, and they take at least a week to get back to you between rounds, which can be stressful. I enjoyed speaking with most people during the process, but the last round (the one I was rejected in) was a pretty bad experience. By that point, I had already invested weeks into the process, and the engineer I interviewed with seemed disinterested the entire time. I often had to repeat my answers or questions because they weren’t listening. Afterward, I received a very generic rejection email with no specific feedback.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at iTradeNetwork in Feb 2026
Interview
Recruiter only knew enough about the general posted details of the role to offer salary & benefits information; they were kind and easy to chat with. The actual hiring manager asked very technical questions, but the job posting is misleading. They truly want a ready-made and thoroughly trained developer without developer pay. They lacked a full foundation for how you might be integrated into the company as a brand new employee.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Technical questions about Sterling IBM and integrating using certain protocols. They seem to want someone who has developer experience or knowledge.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at iTradeNetwork in Feb 2025
Interview
It started with a screening with the recruiter, second stage was a portfolio review with design manager and design lead. I would have really appreciated prep and what to expect direction from recruiter.
