I opted for the digital pre-recorded interview. It's straightforward. You answer questions about how you would teach in certain situations, you answer some language analysis questions (there's a timer) and that's mostly it.

Unfair and inappropriate. They asked me abunch of stuff that had nothing to do with the job. Got some realy shady questions that i didn't like at all. After i finished the interview, it took them too much time to respond I even forgot about them. So I later on refused thr initial offer.
