Initially, there is an HR screening meeting. In that, you need to talk about your background, salary expectations, etc. Then, HR will read out a set of technical questions prepared by the technical team. You need to answer them, and the responses will be recorded and sent for review by the team. Once they are satisfied with the answers, you will be called for a second interview with the team lead. The team lead interview is very friendly and it is more like a technical discussion. The final interview is the executive interview with the project client; this is a mix of technical questions and discussion. It is the toughest among the three stages.
