Interview
The process was smooth and most importantly, it was an online interview. Firstly, the phonic round happened, followed by first round face-to-face interview with Level 1 manager snd then final round of online f2f interview with level 2 manager. The negotiation process was also fine.

Interview
The company took around two rounds. The first round was taken by an HR named Agnes and the HR head Esha. After the first round there was no update from the company’s end for about a week despite of me following up twice. I heard back and eventually got selected for second round with their CEO. He never joined the call and the conversation was lead by the HR head claiming I was selected and someone from their team will follow up with me to check on my decision and documentation. But, this never happened i received not a single call from their end. It’s extremely disappointing to see after investing so much time the company basically ghosted without giving any response. There HR’s lied about the selection and never gave a proper response. Please be mindful of others time and learn to value it
