I was approached by an internal recruiter for an initial call to chat about the role and my experience. Then I had 3 stages interview: 1 - hiring manager + people partner 2 - task with hiring manager and head of dept 3 - hiring manager + sr talent partner It was all really nice and smooth. The task was reasonable and interesting. Everyone was nice and was making me comfortable all the time. The talent team kept me up to date with specific feedback and tips before and after every step - incredible job!! That tells you a lot about the company!
