Zuerst mit dem HR Projektleiter Werdegang und Motivation vorgestellt Danach muss man eine Case Study bearbeiten(6-8 Seiten) über 4 Tage, die vermutlich später dein erstes Projekt sein wird, da die Firma noch relativ klein ist und versucht viel zu akquirieren. Zuletzt mit Geschäftsführer Abschlussgespräch, in dem nochmal alles resümiert wird und man eine m.E. sehr komische "Logik" Frage bekommt.

Planning of the interview was really well-organised. During the interview general description of my career path and to tell what I understood about the position and why my interest. Everything was fine till the business case, which was kind of nonsense, seemed organised just to get ideas from candidates. I have the impression that after telling the desired wage, the HR changed the tone of the voice and the tone of the conversation. I did not feel much transparency. Moreover, I sent an e-mail to get the feedback and I did not receive an answer, but kind of copy paste E-mail of rejection after 2 weeks waiting for a feedback. I
