I was first interviewed over the phone then called into the office for in-person interviews. The company knew that I flew in from another city, stayed the night in a hotel and interviewed with two different staff members in the office. I was appalled when they didn't even have the nerve to email, call, whatever to let me know that I did not receive the position. I made a follow-up call and nobody responded. After a phone interview it is understandable, but I had TWO in-person interviews in their New Rochelle office and zero response from them.
