I think the company would benefit in making their interviews friendlier. Whilst the HR teams handled the initial interviews well, the later stages were completely different. When interviewed in later stages, I was immediately put off from wanting to work at this company. Aside from the fact that the interviewing team was late by 15mins, they didn't apologise and no pleasantries or friendly introductions were made, and it was an instant and constant barrage of interrogative style questioning. I understand that some level of "grilling" is expected, however you don't even allow candidates to prepare or make themselves comfortable. Due to this, I performed badly because I frankly wanted the interview to end. This interview alone gave me the impression the culture and dynamics within the company are poor.
