The interview process took over 3 months. The job requirements are not specific in terms of years of experience and all you need to do to apply is fill out an on line questionnaire. After that you are invited to do a quiz ( about a month later ), which if passed means you can do an assignment for them. They state that the assignment should take you about 4 hours. After doing the assignment you are contacted about a month later inviting you to interview with their owner and project managers. During the interview and presentation it seems they are looking for answers based on how their company manages projects which may not necessarily fit into PMI's normal methodology. They also ask very technical software questions, so if you are not experienced in the teleco industry it may be a difficult interview. I would suggest not wasting time doing the quiz, the assignment and presentation and interview prep if you have not worked in the Teleco industry before. Although they may not state years of experience in the job requirements, they are looking for very experienced people as they are a growing company and seem to not have time to train talented project managers who have no teleco experience.
