An efficient qualitative recruitment process is very important for us and we try to get it through as quickly as possible. However, sometimes the process takes longer due to internal issues and last-minute changes in the customer projects. Unfortunately, it was the reason in your case.
Regarding the technical interview, we will communicate our expectations up front better. Of course, it is in the nature of an assessment center / a technical interview that the tasks are not known before and have to be solved in short time.
