It was very smooth and straight forward! It started with a brief email exchange with HR, then a tech interview with 2 team leaders, in which we went over my past experience, my reasons to seek another company and so on. Third contact was an on-site tech interview in which we discussed solutions. It was very pleasant because instead of trying to assess my coding skills, they were more interested to know how I would approach some issues and possible solutions. Finally an interview with the founder and that was it. I've received the formal offer and accepted it! The whole process took merely 3 weeks and the communication was always quick and clear.
