I applied in person at the store and I got a call after couple months ( took them a while). I was called to go to the store to have one on one interview. After a week, I got a call back for the paperwork and I was hired on that day

Most of the questions are situation questions where they ask what would you do if you're in this or that situation
Fairly easy. It's mostly about items on your resume and behavioural questions to figure out whether you'd mesh well with the team. The best way to do well is be yourself and think about basic behavioural responses that show you're good at handling conflict.
