I applied for the Key Leader role in July 2013 - I got a call back in August - I had my group interview which was a lot of fun - a few days later I had a coffee shop meeting with the Assistant Manager. My last interview was with Store Manager which went very well and I got an offer the following day - the entire process took 3 weeks.
The process is very direct and open. They want to know about your goals and look for people who will take initiative and are people driven. Overall a great experience.

Set questions and behavioral based. You don’t need direct experience either. They look for positive attitudes and good leaders. You’ll be fine if you speak professionally and positively. There are usually several rounds of interviews
